Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to send your item back to us.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please register your return through our customer portal.
Once your return is approved an appointment will be made to pick up the return at your home adress.

Return processing time
Once your return arrives at our distribution center, it will be processed within 5 business days.
You can track your return shipment using the provided tracking number. The 5-day processing period begins once we’ve received the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
