Terms of service

1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between Frankie’s Dubai and its customers, both in-store and online.

2. Orders
2.1 Orders are final once confirmed by Frankie’s Dubai.
2.2 Frankie’s Dubai reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in the case of insufficient stock.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
3.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.
3.3 Frankie’s Dubai reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer.
4.2 The delivery time is indicative. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.

5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
5.2 Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and with original labels attached.
5.3 Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
5.4 Refunds will be made according to the return and refund policy stated on the website.

6. Warranty
6.1 All Frankie’s Dubai products are covered by the statutory warranty.
6.2 Complaints must be reported in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the products.

7. Privacy
7.1 Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for processing orders and providing information about Frankie’s Dubai activities.

8. Liability
8.1 Frankie’s Dubai is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the delivered products.
8.2 The total liability of Frankie’s Dubai is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective product.

9. Applicable Law
All agreements between Frankie’s Dubai and the customer are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
