Shipping Partners
United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Standard packages: shipped with trusted local and international couriers such as Emirates Post, Aramex, or DHL.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Please contact our customer service via email to arrange this.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders placed on business days (Sunday to Thursday) according to the following services:

| 4 hours | 15:00 | We will deliver in 4 hours for 40.00 aed (Dubai only) |
| Same day | 15:00 | We deliver on the same day before 23:00 for 30.00 aed (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah/ Ajman) |
| Next day | 22:00 | We deliver the next day before 23:00 for free |
Shipping Costs
At Frankie’s Dubai, delivery is free of charge within the UAE.
For GCC countries and international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package.
